Returns & Exchanges

If something’s not quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging for a refund or exchange.

How to start a return

  1. Reply to your order email or contact us via the contact form with your order number.
  2. We’ll share return instructions and a UK return address.
  3. Package items securely and keep your proof of postage.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
  • For hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns of used cloths/sponges/brush heads.
  • Bundles: return the full bundle or keep items at their normal price — we’ll advise which is cheapest for you.

Return costs

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake. For faulty/damaged items we’ll make it right — please include photos.

Refunds

Once inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 3–5 working days to appear.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Tell us in your message and we’ll confirm stock before you post the return.
